Product testers
The innovation lab recruits caregivers and healthcare workers who test the products in development and share their experience with us. We establish a rapid feedback loop between the technical team and the users of the products in order to adapt the technology to their needs.
We share the comments and suggestions of caregivers and their seniors with our technical team, which quickly addresses the needs highlighted. A few weeks after communicating their needs to us, caregivers can test the new features developed.
Panel of respondents
The innovation lab also includes a panel of caregivers who answer questionnaires. These respondents share their opinion and experience as caregivers on issues central to product development, without however having the product in their possession. For example, they are asked about their greatest concerns about their loved one as well as about the aesthetic aspects of the products in development.
