Management of personal data after account deletion

When deleting your account, all your personal information is deleted from our database. This information includes first name, last name, email address and phone number.

Data associated with past, current and future communications is retained for a period of two years for history purposes. For example, all information associated with a reminder scheduled from your account will be retained (content, display duration, and date of communication). No information allowing the tracing of the author’s name is kept. Photos associated with a communication are automatically deleted thirty days after the communication's display ends.

Some personal information we collect is shared with third-party services. If you have received emails or SMS messages from Idem (e.g. validation codes, notifications), contact Twilio to delete your data related to these communications. If you had a subscription in the mobile application, contact Stripe to delete your data related to the subscription. If you subscribed to our newsletter via the Idem website, contact Mailjet to delete your data related to the newsletter.
