We invite you to explore the Usage Advice and User Guides provided to help you introduce the clock to your loved one effectively and maximize its benefits.

If, within 60 days, you find that the Idem Clock is not the perfect fit, you can return it hassle-free. Our aim is to ensure complete satisfaction, so take your time to decide—there’s no rush!

1. Make sure your items meet all our return conditions :

• In perfect resell condition
• Packaged in its original packaging
• All accessories that came with the item

2. Contact our customer care team to request a return approval.

3. Your return needs to be sent within a given time frame. Most products must be sent back to us within 60 days. Once we authorize your return, we will confirm the exact timeframe and full procedure for sending your item back to us.

Please note that if your items do not comply with our return conditions, we cannot approve your return for an exchange or a refund. You may choose to have your item returned to you at your own expense, or it will be donated to a non-profit organization.
