Reminders are used to remind your loved one of a task or event (eg, taking their medication). A reminder will appear on the clock at the scheduled time. A ringtone will play repeatedly while the reminder is displayed to draw attention. You can customize the ringtone, display duration, and reminder frequency.

Pressing the Understood button is optional. If your loved one does not press Understood, the reminder will close automatically once its display time has elapsed.

Optional: your loved one can hear a voice saying what is displayed on the screen

Optional: asking for a confirmation request

A question asking to confirm the task execution will appear a few minutes after the reminder. You can customize the delay between the initial reminder and this second display. The display duration is the same as the initial reminder.

Optional : you can add a photo to be displayed with your reminder.

You will see the answer given by your loved one in your mobile app. If your loved one does not press β€œYes” or β€œNo”, the confirmation request will close automatically once its display time is elapsed.

Events are displayed as blue post-its on the right to remind your loved one of an upcoming event. A short ringtone is played when an event is displayed (only between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m.) Once the event is over, the post-it will be removed automatically.

When the event takes place in less than an hour, a countdown will appear on the post-it (eg, In 59 minutes).

If there is a second event programmed later during the day, it will be displayed in a smaller size, under the first one. A maximum of two events can be displayed at a time.

Optional : you can program an associated reminder with your event, so your loved one can prepare better for the event.

3.1.5 πŸ—’οΈ Note

A note is a short message that appears as a yellow post-it on the right and remains displayed for the programmed duration (eg, start at 5 p.m. and end at 6 p.m.) A short ringtone is played when a note is displayed (only between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m.).

Only one note can be displayed at a time. However, a note can be displayed at the same time as an event.
