Thanks to the sound and visual reminders from the Idem Smart Clock and the automatic dispensing of the correct dose at the scheduled time, the connected pill dispenser ensures medication is taken at the right moment. A confirmation of the intake is then sent in real-time to the Idem mobile app
Note: The pill dispenser works only when paired with the Idem Smart Clock.

How it works
1. Program medication times via the Idem mobile app
2. Fill the 28 compartments and lock the pill dispenser
At the scheduled time:
- The pill dispenser rotates to deliver the correct dose
- The Idem clock rings and displays a reminder
Once the pill dispenser is turned to release the dose
- The reminder stops automatically
- A confirmation is sent to the caregivers

I don’t have an Idem clock. Can I use the pill dispenser?
No. The pill dispenser only works if paired with an Idem smart clock. You must have an Idem smart clock to use this product.
Can multiple users manage the pill dispenser?
Yes, an unlimited number of users can manage the medication schedule via the mobile app and receive notifications.
Does the pill dispenser need to be connected to the Internet?
No, the pill dispenser itself does not need to be connected to the Internet. It connects to the clock Idem via Bluetooth. The clock must be connected to the Internet.
How do I configure the pill dispenser?
The pill dispenser is configured from the Companion mobile application.
Is the pill dispenser battery-powered or does it have to be plugged into an electrical socket?
The pill dispenser runs on four AA batteries.
