Why is my clock offline?

The clock can be offline for different reasons:

  • The clock lost its connection to the Wi-Fi network. Check if there has been any changes (e.g. modem disconnected from electricity, password changed).
  • The clock lost its connection to the Idem cellular network. If this disconnection was not voluntary on your part (e.g. end of subscription, clock reset), it may be caused by maintenance by our internet provider. If the problem persists, please contact us at info@idem.care.
  • The clock was turned off manually. To turn the clock back on, press and hold the start button for 5 seconds.
  • The clock was disconnected from the power supply and its battery is exhausted. To turn the clock back on, connect it to the power supply and wait 15 minutes. Then, press and hold the start button for 5 seconds.
